Chaps is a great place to host one!

Overview

For large groups, we recommend standardizing your order option (ie. single scoop with one topping) to insure you stay within your budget.

For all tabs, we add a 10% gratuity.

Booking a tab

We ask that you book tabs 3 days in advance.

Please book a week in advance for tabs of 50+ plus people to allow us to staff accordingly.

Location

We can accommodate groups at either Chaps location (Downtown or UVA Corner). Please specify your choice, and if you will need reserved seating.

Payment

Please let us know your budget so we can help you stay within it! You are always welcome to close out your tab at the end of your event. We can also email you an electronic invoice.
